What we offer
A starting point, not a clinic.
The Foundation is an education and advocacy charity. We don't provide clinical care or counselling directly. What we can do is help you understand what's happening, point you to evidence-based reading, and connect you with practitioners who have completed Monash-led training on perimenopause and mental health.
Ongoing care
Where to start, if it isn't urgent.
For non-emergency support, your GP is usually the right first call. Ask specifically for a long consultation about perimenopause and mental health — and bring a written list of symptoms with you.
- Australasian Menopause Society — find a doctor · directory of practitioners trained in menopause care.
- Jean Hailes for Women's Health · evidence-based information, clinics, and a free nurse phone service.
- Our Trusted Partners directory · practitioners the Foundation has vetted personally.
